Thai Medical Massage & Therapeutic Stretching: Level 1 is a 2-day foundational training course that combines traditional Thai therapeutic techniques with a modern medical massage approach. Students will learn how to assess posture, identify muscle imbalances, understand basic pain and compensation patterns, and apply targeted Thai medical massage techniques with therapeutic stretching to support upper and lower body dysfunctions. This course includes hands-on assessment, compression, assisted stretching, movement-based techniques, corrective therapeutic strategies, and Thai techniques performed in the supine, prone, side-lying, and sitting positions. Students will practice with real-life conditions such as office syndrome, sciatica, low back pain, shoulder restriction, and postural syndromes. Upon successful completion, students will receive 16 CEU credits, including 8 mandatory CEU credits. This course is required before moving on to Thai Medical Massage & Therapeutic Stretching: Level 2.

Our Mentorship Program

Our Mentorship Program offers massage therapists and bodyworkers an immersive, hands-on opportunity to sharpen their skills and bring advanced manual therapy techniques into their everyday practice. Participants will:

  • Observe real clinical applications of neuromuscular therapy, joint mobilization, and functional movement training.

  • Practice techniques hands-on while receiving expert guidance on refining their approach, improving body mechanics, and developing effective treatment strategies.

  • Both give and receive treatments, building a deeper understanding of movement dysfunctions and how to correct them.

This program is ideal for practitioners who want personalized one-on-one or small group mentoring and practical skill-building to help shift their work toward a more results-oriented, therapeutic style of practice.
